Hello everyone,
Today we come to you with some news, not really joyful, but necessary regarding Blood Lust 2.
As you know, this is the last year for the TVD and TO’s conventions around the world.
We decided, after the success of the Blood Lust 1, and regarding your enthusiasm, to organize a second edition.
Nevertheless, and as you may have noticed, despite several promotions and offers during 2018/2019 and one of TVD's most requested guests, Paul Wesley, sales are not up to what is required for such an event.
We wanted to organize this convention one last time, in a more intimate setting, so that everyone could enjoy and say goodbye to the actors in the best possible way.
We had planned to reunite the guests of TVD and TO on 2 days but the budget today no longer allows us to maintain the event on this format.
We are doing everything in our power not to cancel the event knowing that some costs have already been incurred and that Paul is looking forward to come one last time in Paris to say goodbye at this event.
But if we want the convention to take place, and we really want it for all the fans who have invested so much and waited so long, we need to make some changes and make tough choices.
It is for this reason that this year, the convention will take place only on one day, the Sunday.
People with Saturday pass can of course change for a Sunday pass by sending us an email with the proof of purchase, or be reimbursed AFTER the convention. We will get back to you for the refund process.
This is the only case where refunds are allowed.
For others, you will have compensations up to your pass. We are still thinking about the best solution for these compensations.
Another change: unfortunately we can’t welcome Charles Michael Davis, Daniel Gillies and Steven McQueen but have decided to offer you a wider choice of guests with Riley Voelkel, Steven Krueger, Chase Coleman and Micah Parker. Paul Wesley remains of course, as well as David Alpay and Oliver Ackland.
In addition, we are working right now on a last guest that should please you!
Chase and Micah replace one guest and Riley and Steven replace the other two.
For those of you who have bought extras with Daniel, Steven and Charles, we will make you a credit note on site and you’ll be able to choose the extras you want in replacement.
Finally, we are going to organize a small "farewell" cocktail party on Saturday night with Chase and Micah.
This evening can be taken into account in the compensation.
We added each actors’ extras on the ticketing, as well as duos, the group photo and the cocktail party.

We would like to remind you that we do our utmost to maintain this convention (which is sincerely not profitable for us but that we still want to organize to offer you proper farewells with the actors).
